Steps

Wash and cut beans into thin pieces.

Heat a pan add oil and mustard seeds.Allow to crackle.Add turmeric, coriander powder and beans.Add salt, mix well.Cover and cook for seven minutes.

In a mixer jar add fresh coconut, sugar,chilli and coriander leaves.Grind well and add into beans bhaji.Add sugar too.

Cook for two minutes and turn off the gas.
