Wash and scrape carrot and keep

Scrape khova and keep

Crush jaggery, cardamon

Keep a thick pan, add scraped carrot and milk, clove, cinnamon, let it boil in medium flame, until become semi thick consistency

Now add crushed jaggery, 2 tbs ghee, cook for 20nin, now add koya and cook until get halwa consistency.

Add remaining ghee, and roasted nuts, serve hot or cold as dessert (add jaggery more or less according to your taste)
