2 bottlesdouble cream
1 canSweetened Condensed Milk
10large strawberries
Red gel food coloring

Whisk the cream until stiff peaks form 😋

Generously add in a tin of Sweetened Condensed Milk 🥛

Whisk away

Blend strawberries in a jug or blender

Add the strawberry puree into the crem

Whisk and add a drop of colour

Freeze in a container for 6hrs
