Chocolate Pistachio Slabs

Preheat oven to 180C and prepare a 9-inch square pan or 2 standard loaf pans

Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda. Whisk in the sugar and salt. Set aside

In a separate bowl, whisk together all the wet ingredients
- 4
Mix wet mixture into the dry mixture until smooth. Pour into the prepared pan, spoon pistacchio cream onto the top and swirl it around with a skewer

Bake for about 30 minutes
