Green Garlic Chicken Curry

Clean wash and chop green garlic, coriander leaves, green chillies

Mix all green paste ingredients and grind together till smooth paste.

Take one big bowl add chicken pieces, green paste,red chilli powder, white pepper powder,black pepper powder, cumin powder,salt, yoghurt and fresh cream mix and marinate for at least one hour.

Heat oil in pan add marinated chicken and cook on medium heat for 2-3 mnts.

Lower the flame cover and cook till chicken is cooked.

When chicken is cooked.cook on high flame and dry out the water.

Remove from fire and serve hot with chapati or paratha.
