  • Large bunch fresh mint. (Pick leaves of stems)
  • 1 tbspvery hot water
  • 2 tbspvinegar
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 1/4 tspsalt

    Put everything into a blender and blitz together for about 20 seconds.

  2. 2

    Put into a small bowl and put in fridge for about 30 mins before using or in a jar for about a week.

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
