Then in a non stick pan spray a little cooking oil when then pot is fully hot turn down the heat for it to cook without any burnt side and start scooping the batter,but avoid putting too much batter for it to be light an not heavy but light and spongy like sponge cake when one side is cooked flip to the other side until it done,do the same to the remaning batter and when it's done,serve an enjoy.
