Sweet Potato Vada

These vadas are usually made with potatoes or urad dal, but today I made them with sweet potatoes. They are just as delicious as they are healthy. Sweet potatoes help keep the body warm in winter, are high in fiber for good digestion, and can help with weight management. Eating sweet potatoes during fasting gives you energy.
