In a pressure cooker boil potatoes in three whistles.Peel.Cut tomato into big pieces.Cut potatoes.

Grind garlic cloves, ginger and coriander leaves.

Heat a pan add oil and mustard seeds.Allow to crackle.Add turmeric powder, tomato and potato pieces.Add grounded paste and chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.Add two cups of water.

Boil for five minutes.Add sugar to taste.

Serve with Puri or roti.
