A quick and convenient breakfast. You can also use Vietnamese pork sausage (chả lụa) as a tasty alternative.

Prepare the Soft Milk Bread Dough according to the recipe measurements.

After the dough has doubled in size, punch it down and divide it into 16 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball. Cover to prevent drying out.

Shape each dough ball into an oval with pointed ends and wrap it around a cocktail sausage.

Place the seam side of the dough down. Let the buns rest for another 15 minutes, then brush with milk or an egg-milk mixture. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Preheat the oven before brushing the buns.

Bake at 340°F (170°C) for 8 minutes or until the buns are evenly golden brown.
