Firstly make a paste onion, tomato,lehsun and ginger.

Then peel the potatoes and fry it,now wash the Gobhi with hot water and wash the Matar also.

Now take a cooker add 4-5 tbsp oil,add the paste of onion,tomato with all spices,fry it till it gets golden, then add curd in it and mix it well

Now take this masala out in one bowl and put this fry masala over gobhi.

Then put this Gobhi in cooker with aloo and matar and remaining masala.Take 1 to 2 whistle.

Garnish it with coriander leaves,Ready to serve with chapati.
