Quick Lahoh
This dish is known in most Arab countries. It's a light meal loved by both adults and kids, especially easy for seniors to eat because it's very soft. You can fill it with salad and yogurt, cheese, seasoned ground beef, or shredded chicken.

This dish is known in most Arab countries. It's a light meal loved by both adults and kids, especially easy for seniors to eat because it's very soft. You can fill it with salad and yogurt, cheese, seasoned ground beef, or shredded chicken.
Steps
- 1
Combine all the ingredients and mix with slightly warm milk (not hot, so the eggs don't cook). Gradually add the flour until you get a semi-liquid batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 2
Pour a thin layer of the batter onto a nonstick skillet. Cook until all the batter is used.
- 3
Stack the cooked pieces and fill as desired—with ground beef, kashkaval cheese, or your favorite vegetable filling (like tomatoes, cucumber, chives, and grated carrot). Drizzle with yogurt mixed with a clove of garlic and mint.
- 4
You can also roll them up with meat or chicken filling, pour pizza sauce on top, and sprinkle with cheese for a delicious twist.
