I made a sizzler and was left with some Makhni sause I used in it. I used it in my curry and there I got a new yummy taste!
Mind well, it is not a Punjabi or Gujarati gravy. It's just a gravy with a different taste. This curry is ideal to. Make when you have leftover makhni sauce. Making it from scratch may be a lengthy process. However, it is absolutely worth if you want to serve in a party.

Heat up oil. Add asafoetida powder, turmeric powder, the veggies and garlic. Combine and Saute every for a minute. Add salt, mix, cover and cook until the veggies are ready. Stir in between to avoid scorching.

Add the makhni sauce and the garam masalo. Combine and Saute for a few seconds. Add water to adjust consistency. Cover and simmer for 2-3 min. Then swim. Er uncovered until oil oozes. It's ready!
