2 servings

6 tspjaggery
2 tsplemon juice
2 tspgrated ginger
2 glasseschilled water
1/2 tsprock salt
1/2 tspblack salt
Mint leaves for garnishing
Lemon slice for garnishing
Ice cubes (optional)

prep. time- 10 minutes

Just collect all ingredients. Add jaggery and grated ginger in mixer jar. Grind it on a pulse mode for 2 minutes.

Pour chilled water. Now, blend it on high speed for 2 minutes more. Add lemon juice, rock salt, and black salt. Again, blend it. Strain it in the strainer.

It's ready. A refreshing summer special homemade sugarcane juice without sugarcane. Garnish with lemon slice and mint leaves. You can add ice cubes if you wish. Enjoy.
