Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 cupsgraham crackers crumbs
  • 2 sticksbutter, unsalted, softened, divided
  • 8 ozcream cheese, softened
  • 2 cupspowdered sugar
  • 1/8 tsp.salt
  • 4bananas, banana slices
  • 1 cuppineapple, crushed
  • 8 ozcool whip
  • 2 cupsstrawberries, sliced
  • 1 tbsp.nuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp.chocolate syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt 1 stick butter and blend with graham crumbs until evenly moistened.

  2. 2

    Press into the bottom of a dish and set aside.

  3. 3

    In a bowl add the remaining butter, cream cheese powdered sugar, salt and beat until fluffy.

  4. 4

    Spread the cream cheese over the crumbs evenly.

  5. 5

    Arrange the banana slices over the cheese, top with pineapple and strawberries.

  6. 6

    Spread cool whip over the strawberries and arrange banana slices and strawberries.

  7. 7

    Drizzle chocolate syrup and sprinkle the nuts.

  8. 8

    Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
    Serve cold.
