  2. 1/2 lbsGarlic Scapes, cut into 1-inch pieces
  3. 2 tbspCooking Oil
  4. 1/2 tspSalt
  5. 1/2 tspBlack Pepper
  6. 1 tbspSoy Sauce
  7. 1/2 tbspDark Soy Sauce
  8. 1 tbspOyster Sauce
  9. 1. Wash and cut the garlic scapes into 1-inch long pieces. Set aside
