Chop the onion and the bell pepper. Put them in a deep pot to fry in the oil until the onion turns light yellow. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and add them to the onion and the bell pepper. Add the paprika. Add the meat cut into cubes slightly smaller than the potato cubes. Add the tomato sauce and the peas with the carrots. Add the oregano and the parsley. Add 300ml water and a teaspoon of salt. Cook for about 40 minutes.
