  1. 1 bagenoki
  2. 1 boxtofu
  3. 1/2 cuprice cakes
  4. 1 canspam
  5. 12 pcsausages
  6. 1 cupfish cakes
  7. 1 cupkimchi
  8. 1 stalkgreen onions
  9. 2 packramen
  10. 2 slicesAmerican cheese (optional)
  11. 3 tbspgochujang
  12. 2 tbspKorean chili flakes
  13. 2 tbspmirin
  14. 2 tbspsake
  15. 1/2 tbspsugar
  16. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  17. 5 clovesgarlic (minced)
  18. 1 cupkimchi juice
  19. 6 cupschicken broth

Cooking Instructions

20-30 mins

    Wash and cut ingredients.

    In a pan, arrange the ingredients (enoki, tofu, spam, sausages, fish cakes, rice cakes, kimchi, and whites of green onions).

    Prepare broth by mixing gochujang, Korean chili flakes, mirin, sake, sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and chicken broth).

    Pour broth in pan and bring that to boil.

    Once it boils, add in ramen noodles and cheese (optional) and let it cook until ramen is al dente or soft (choice preference).

    Turn off heat and garnish with green onions.
