Parshe Fish curry
Parshe fish cooked with Vegetables.
Steps

Marinade Parshe Fish in little salt + turmeric and and Marinade for 15 minutes.

Chop all vegetables and steam them except brinjal and Tomato. Keep aside.

Fry marinade Parshe fish till golden brown and keep aside. Add oil in a moderately heated pan, add Nigella seeds and allow to crackle, then add brinjal + tomato and sauté for around 2 minutes.

Now add all spices and stir fry for 2-3 minutes by adding 1/4 cup water so that spices don’t burn. Add sufficient water (2.5 cup) + salt and give rolling boil for 6-7 times.

Add all steamed vegetables + Sugar and cook for few seconds.

Add chopped coriander + fried fish and boil for 3-4 minutes.
Dish is done. - 7
Serve hot hot.
