Pabda Fish curry
Steps

Marinade Pabda Fish in little salt + turmeric and and Marinade for 15 minutes. Boil Potato.

Assemble other ingredients, Fry marinade Pabda fish till golden brown and keep aside.

Add oil in a moderately heated pan, add Nigella seeds and allow to crackle, then add potato + tomato + green chili and sauté for 2 - 3 minutes.

Now add all spices and stir fry for 2-3 minutes by adding 1/4 cup water so that spices don’t burn.

Now add water + salt and give 5-6 times rolling boil. Add chopped coriander + fried fish and boil for 4-5 minutes.
Dish is done. - 6
Serve hot hot with plain Rice.
