A very rich, truly spring salad with a bright garlic aroma. It can easily be a side dish. For example, with fish. Serve it with a couple of pieces of smoked fish and enjoy. The secret is in the dressing!

Steps

Wash, dry, and cut wild garlic leaves crosswise. Place in a bowl.

Finely chop boiled eggs and add to the wild garlic. Dice sweet pepper and mix into the salad.

For dressing, add mustard and aromatic mixture with salt to the cottage cheese. Stir.

Do not add the sauce to the salad immediately. Only when serving. Then, in a closed container, the salad can stand in the refrigerator for a couple of days.
Tips
For added flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice or some chopped nuts for crunch.
