Linguine w/Shrimp and veggies Stir Fry

Ingredients

  1. 1 packagelinguine
  2. 1 poundShrimp
  3. 1 TbsSesame oil
  4. 1medium onion
  5. 2 clovesgarlic
  6. 1 tspchopped ginger
  7. 1red bell pepper (sliced)
  8. 1 cupbroccoli (use more if you want)
  9. 2 Tablespoonoyster sauce
  10. 2 Tablespoonsoy sauce
  11. 1 teaspoonbrown sugar
  12. 1/2 cupchopped spring onions for garnish
  13. salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel your shrimp. Cook your linguine al dente per packaging instructions then set aside. Add oil to your pan and cook your shrimp for about 3 minutes or until it turns pink. Garnish with a bit of salt and pepper. After it is cooked, take it out from the pan and set aside.

    Using same pan, add your sesame oil followed by the onions and cook it until translucent, then add your finely chopped onion and ginger. Keep mixing for about 2-3 minutes then add your veggies and cook for about 3 more minutes.

    At this time you can add the linguine to the pan and add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar. Adjust seasoning by adding more salt and pepper as needed. Continue mixing for about 2 minutes then add back the shrimp and mix thoroughly.

    Lastly, add your spring onions for garnish. Share and enjoy.
