Kamut contains approximately 7 grams of protein per 1/4 c. The protein powder listed in this recipe contains 13g of protein per scoop. Each organic brown egg contains about 6g of protein. Each 1/4 c of raw whole milk contains approximately 2g of protein.I believe these pancakes contain a minimum of 15-20g of protein per serving.MiraclesHappen

You can leave out the flour and baking soda all together for a truly low carb pancake... but the texture can be surprising. I took a happy medium approach for a slightly "cakey" texture and they are delicious! Great for the kiddos on the way out the door for school. jessicadpaxton -

My favourite pancake recipe My favourite pancake recipe
The first food I've ever made myself was either fried eggs or pancakes. And from then on, I've tried TONS of different pancake recipes. Recently, I came across this amazing recipe from Chefsteps, so full credit to their team pancake! (Go Nick!) https://www.chefsteps.com/activities/light-fluffy-pancakesBEST RECIPE EVER. I always end up feeling gross after eating a lot of pancakes but these are extremely light, with a bit of a bite to the exterior. LOVE IT.Decided to post it here because they use grams and I convert on the spot every single time, so might as well do it once and save it. ArethaEats -
