Ingredients

  1. 1ripe banana
  2. 1egg
  3. 1 scoopprotein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  4. 2 tablespoonsrolled oats (optional, for extra texture)
  5. 1 splashmilk (plant-based or regular)
  6. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. Butter or oil for the pan

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork

    Add the egg and mix until smooth

  3. 3

    Stir in the protein powder, oats, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

    Add a splash of milk to reach a pancake batter consistency

    Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it

    Pour small rounds of batter into the pan

    Cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown

    Serve warm with your favorite toppings: Greek yogurt, fruit, peanut butter, or honey : )
