Cooking Instructions

In mixer jar add carrot and onion blend roughly.

Mixer jar add coconut pieces or (can use grated coconut) green chilli and turmeric blend it roughly. And mix it with carrot.

Now heat the pan add coconut oil,now add mustard seeds and curry leaves. After splitting add carrot and coconut blended mixture and fry it for while.

Later add water cook for while. Serve with hot.
