Prep time -10 mins, Steam -10 mins

200 gmsmedium size prawns, washed, deveined retaining tail and head
Mustard paste
1 Tbspblack mustard seeds
1 Tbspyellow mustard seeds
1/8 tspsalt
4/5green chillies
1/4 cupwater to make the paste
5-6 Tbspmustard oil
5-6green chillies slit

Prep time -10 mins, Steam -10 mins

In a bowl add washed prawns, smear with mustard seed paste, salt and 1/3 tsp turmeric powder.

Add mustard oil, add slit green chillies.

Cover the container

In a steamer boil water and add the prawn container, steam for 10 mins, set aside, cool

Serve with rice and enjoy 😊
