12 fl ozsoda water of choice
Barspoon

Add ice to glass.

Add tamarind paste into glass with stirring spoon. Add soda water and mix.

Top with additional soda water. Add additional tamarind paste to taste if you'd prefer a more tart flavor. Enjoy!
