Pasta with Guacamole Sauce and Tuna

Today I had lunch by myself... I didn't feel like going out (I've got a cold), so I decided to see what I had at home to cook... The first thing I saw was an avocado; personally, I like it as a fruit... I usually just add some granulated sugar and eat it, so I thought, well, I have avocado, let's make guacamole. I looked up a few recipes here and got a general idea to make this one. I liked the result so much that I served myself two plates, haha.

By the way,
One cup is 200 ml (a standard small cup).
A handful is what fits in the palm of your hand (keep in mind everyone's hand is different).
A pinch is what you can pick up with the tips of your fingers.

I'm not endorsing any particular brand, just using what I found at the store, haha.

From Ratatouille, I learned that if you use something, wash it right away so it doesn't pile up, and if someone else wants to use it, it's ready to go.

From Reader's Digest, a chef's story, they mention that when you cook with eggs, always crack them one at a time into a cup first to make sure they're good before adding them to your mix.

Remember that the salt comes from the amount you add, the broth, and the type of chicken, so don't overdo it with the first one.

When choosing a pot to cook in... for 2 people, use a small pot; for 3 to 5, use a medium to large pot; for more than 5, use a large one.
Don't be like Oscar... who has to change his mind about the pot halfway through the recipe.
