Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into large pieces. Peel and cut the carrots into random pieces.

Add carrots, mayonnaise, salt and spices to the potatoes. I like my own, with dill, dried onions and garlic. And Adyghe aromatic salt. But any will do. Mix well.

Remove the skin from the chicken thighs. Coat with a mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup.

Load the baking bag with the potato and chicken mixture. Secure the ends. I ended up with two baking bags. Place on a baking sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 45 minutes until the potatoes are done.

After baking, transfer the potatoes and chicken to a convenient container with a lid. Add dill for serving.
