  • 1 tbspButter
  • 1 cupLeftover Mac & Cheese
  • 2 tbspTomato ketchup
  • 1/4 cupCheese - grated
  • Coriander leaves (for garnish)

    In non-stick pan heat butter and add the leftover mac & cheese spread it evenly in the pan and cook on medium heat until golden brown on bottom side.

    Now flip it over and continue cooking, meanwhile apply some tomato ketchup on the top side. After 2 minutes switch off the gas

    Now put Pizza in serving plate... Grate one cube of cheese on the top of pizza and enjoy your hot MAC & CHEESE PIZZA
