Take one medium size e,add cooked rice and add curd and milk and mix it well.

Add salt and mix it heat a tadaka pan add oil,once it hot add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,it will crackle add curry leaves udad dal,udad dal and peanuts and stir it add deghi mirachi add fry it,take out in plate.

Pour a tadaka on rice and mix it well,ready your curd rice garnish with Choi coriander and deghi mirach and serve it cool. Enjoy curd rice garnish.
