Steps

Boil water add salt and oil to it. Add rice flour to boiling water. Mix and combine it. Switch off the flame and cover it for 5 mins. Wet your hand and knead it well and form a soft, smooth and non- sticky dough.

Make smooth and crack free small balls from it. Roll it in a thin roti using dry rice flour as dusting. Mean while cover the remaining dough with damp cloth.

Heat a tawa. Roast the roti on it. Cook for 30 seconds and flip it. Cook on the other side also. Gently press on all the sides and cook it.

Soft, melt in the mouth pathiri is ready. Enjoy with your favourite curry.
