Keema spaghetti

Keema Spaghetti is a flavourful fusion dish that blends Pakistani spiced minced meat (keema) with the Italian classic spaghetti. This dish combines the rich, savory taste of ground meat—typically beef-- with a medley of spices such as ginger, garlic, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, and chilli powder. The keema is usually cooked with onions, tomatoes, and green chilies to create a thick, spicy sauce.
Once the keema is ready, it’s mixed with boiled spaghetti, allowing the noodles to absorb the spices and juices. Some versions may include vegetables like peas or capsicum for added texture and nutrition.
Keema Spaghetti is popular in Pakistani households, especially among children, as it combines comfort food with bold desi flavours. It’s often served with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro and sometimes a squeeze of lemon for brightness.
This dish is a perfect example of how traditional flavours can be adapted into global cuisines, creating a delicious and satisfying meal suitable for lunch, dinner, or even gatherings.
