  5. Beef bones-rare beef slices-beef meatballs
  6. Hoisin sauce-chili sauce-pickled garlic
  7. Pho noodles

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the beef bones and boil them, discarding the first batch of water. Roast the ginger, star anise, cinnamon, cardamom, peppercorns, and shallots in a pan. Add the roasted ingredients, onion, and dried sea worms to the pot with the beef bones, fill with water, season with spices, and simmer for 12 hours (simmering for 12 hours will make the pho broth very rich).

    Boil the beef brisket until cooked, then add the boiling water to the pot with the beef bones.

    After simmering, adjust the seasoning of the broth to taste. Place the pho noodles in a bowl, add the rare beef slices, beef meatballs, and sliced onion, sprinkle with green onions, and pour the pho broth over!
