  1. 4skiver bagette eller lignende
  2. 1spiseskje Oliven olje
  3. 75 grøkt laks, finhakket
  4. 4skiver røkt laks
  5. 100 gkremost (naturell)
  6. 1-2ss sitronsaft
  7. 1ss dill (eller mer), finhakket
  8. Pepper
  9. Sitron

    Drypp litt olivenolje over bagetteskivene og rist dem på begge sider i en grillpanne eller stekepanne, til de er sprø.

    Rør sammen kremost og sitronsaft, til du får en jevn blanding. Tilsett finhakket laks og dill og vend det hele forsiktig sammen. Smak til med pepper, og eventuelt mer dill/sitronsaft dersom det er nødvendig. Dillkremen kan gjerne forberedes noen timer på forhånd og oppbevares i kjøleskapet.

    Fordel dillkremen oppå bagetteskivene og pynt med lakseskive, sitron og dill. Alternativt kan du lage mindre biter og servere dem som fingermat. Serveres umiddelbart, gjerne med en god riesling til.
