Veg Seekh Kebab
Steps

Take all ingrediant, boil potatoes and keep aside

Chopped all vegetables like below and crushed matar in mixer also chopped onion and grate garlic cloves, ginger.

Take pan add 1 tablespoon oil in it after heated add chopped onion fry it for 2 minutes and then add chopped vegetable one by one and fry it till moisture goes out means for 5/6 minutes and let it cool and then grind in mixer.

Take same pan add oil in it after heated add grated garlic fry it then garlic and green chilli fry for 2 minutes and then add besan in it roast it well till aroma comes and besan not stick to pan.

Now add grind vegetable in it and mix it well while stiaring cook it till it become dry which will not stick to your hand.

Let it cool and then add boil smashed potato and mix it well.This is your kebab douge.

Take kebab stick and make kebab on it and shallow fry like below in fry pan till become brown.

Veg seekh kebab are ready to served. Served with chatani or tomato sauce.
