  • 1 cupamla juice or 2 amla chopped

  • 50 gmint leaves
  • 1 inchpiece of ginger
  • 1/2 cupwater

    Usually it should be drunk straight, but i have strained it, as i get nausea with fibres. I add chia seeds instead
