Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2Hot dog buns
  • 2Hot dogs
  • 100 gChili (canned or homemade)
  • 2 tbspHoney BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbspYellow mustard
  • 20 gShredded cheese (optional)
  • 1 tspButter (for toasting buns, optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Toast the buns with butter in a pan until golden, if desired.

  2. 2

    Heat the hot dogs according to package instructions.

  3. 3

    Warm the chili in a small saucepan.

  4. 4

    Place hot dogs in buns, top with chili.

  5. 5

    Drizzle honey BBQ sauce and yellow mustard over the top.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with shredded cheese if you like.

Tips

For extra flavor, try adding diced onions or jalapeños as toppings!
