  • 0.5 tbspVinegar
  • 1 tbspSugar
  • a fewdrops Rose color
  • a fewdrops Rose essence
  • for decoration (optional) Rose petals

Steps

    Boil milk in a pan, stirring occasionally.Add vinegar to curdle the milk.Turn off gas...Stir until whey separates.

    Strain using tea strainer. Rinse with water to remove vinegar taste.Squeeze out excess water and knead the paneer until smooth.

    Add sugar, rose color, and rose essence. Mix and knead well.Shape the mixture using a modak mold. Unmold the mold...
