Cut bitter gourd into round thin pieces. Apply salt and keep for 10 minutes. Squeeze all water and keep aside.

In a bowl add bitter gourd pieces and all the ingredients mentioned above. Mix all very well without adding water or sprinkle little water if required

Heat oil in a frying pan and gently drop the marinated bitter gourd pieces into oil one by one and deep fry till golden brown.

Serve Hot as a starter or tea time snacks or side dish with Rice.
