I was inspired by a yogurt ice cream cake recipe from Dolce Per Amore and made it my own. This is delicious and very delicate.

I was inspired by a yogurt ice cream cake recipe from Dolce Per Amore and made it my own. This is delicious and very delicate.

Peel and dice the peaches, including the one for garnish. Set the garnish pieces aside.

In a large, deep bowl, whip the heavy cream with the sweetened condensed milk.

Add the yogurt and blend on low speed.

Gently fold in the diced peaches and crushed amaretti cookies with a spatula.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and freeze.
- 6
Remove from the freezer 1 hour before serving. Scoop into bowls and garnish each with an amaretto cookie and a few pieces of fresh diced peach.
