Assemble the ingredients Coarsely grind mung and chana sprouts.

In a bowl, mix ground sprouts, grated paneer, parboiled peas, mashed potatoes, spinach, coriander, and chili-ginger paste.

Add black pepper, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into kababs.

Roll each kabab in bread crumbs to coat evenly.

For shallow frying: Heat oil in a pan and fry kababs until golden on both sides.

Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
Tips
Grilling, baking, or using an air fryer can make these kababs healthier.
