Salmon tagliatelle is one of my favourite recipe. It's creamy, and flavoursome and comes together in just 15 minutes. #CA2025

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until "al dente", I used home made fresh tagliatelle. But you can use shop bought one just follow the instructions on the packet. Drain and set aside.

Drizzle the salmon with oil, sprinkle salt and pepper (optional) and roast on 180 c for 12-15 minutes and fully cooked through.

Fry the diced onion in oil add the crushed garlic stir for a minute then pour in the whine. Simmer until reduced by half. Now add the crème fraiche stir for a minute until fully incorporated.

Mix in the chopped dill, then add the pasta and the flaked roasted salmon (omit the skin) gently stir it in and you are ready to serve.

Squeeze lemon juice all over and offer some fresh crispy salad.
