
Creamy Beef Stroganoff in Slow Cooker

Cooking Instructions

Fry the chopped onions in the oil until it turns golden.

Add the water, minced garlic, salt, pepper and dry mustard and cook it on medium heat for 10 minutes. Stir frequently.

Add the mushroom and cook for another 5 minutes on medium heat. Stir constantly.

Blend until becomes sauce. Add water if needed.

Put the cubed roast in the slow cooker, pour the sauce on top of it and add sour cream and cream cheese. Cook it on high for 4 hours or on slow for 6-8 hours. Stir occasionally.

Serve it with your favourite pasta.
