In a bowl, mix besan, salt, black pepper, and water to make a smooth batter.

In another bowl, combine finely mashed potatoes, regular spices, and chopped coriander.

Heat a non-stick pan and add a little oil.Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread into a thin circle.

Cook until the bottom is golden, then flip the chilla.

Place some potato filling on one half of the chilla, fold it over, and cook for 1 more minute.

Serve hot.
Tips
For a crispier chilla, cook on medium heat and add a little more oil.
