I used my Mother's classic pumpkin fritter recipe as a base for this recipe. She's been making this for +30 years.

I used my Mother's classic pumpkin fritter recipe as a base for this recipe. She's been making this for +30 years.
Steps

Chop the butternut into cubes. Add the Butternut Cubes, Sugar, Butter, Cinnamon Quill and water into a pot and cook until Butternut is soft

Place soft Butternut into a bowl, use a fork to mash the Butternut. Once complete set aside Butternut to cool down.

Add the Egg and the Flour to the Butternut and mix to combine.

Heat up the pan with the Canola Oil and add the Butternut mixture when the pan is hot.

While the Butternut fritters are frying, take the three teaspoons Sugar and three teaspoons of Cinnamon and mix to combine.

Lightly dust the fritters in the sugar cinnamon mixture.

Serve warm and Enjoy.
