This Diwali I shall host a party and one of my snack would be Chargah Kabab Pakistani style - lip smacking and one of the most popular kababs that I host for my Parties
Steps

First marination - wash boneless chicken breast pieces, add to a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, tikka masala, chaat masala, salt, meat tenderiser and mix well

Add whisked yogurt and mix well.

Take skewers and put the marinated chicken into it.

In a steamer add the skewered chicken pieces and cover to steam for 10 mins and cool completely

Second marination - in a bowl break an egg and add rice flour, whisk well, add turmeric powder and salt and mix well.

Take the skewered chicken and dip it into the mix

In a pan heat oil and add the steamed chicken and fry until golden, set aside

Plate with onion slices, tomato slices, lettuce and drizzle lime juice, enjoy 😊
Tips
Rice flour and egg mix is necessary to make the kabab crispy
The skewered meat should not be fully immersed but half
Overnight marination is ideal and if not 1 hour is a must
Steaming and then frying makes it crispy
