Start with frying garlic with olive oil then add the minced meat

After the pink fades from the meat add the coriander and then the chicken broth cubes

Add salt and pepper then some boiled water and the spinach leaves and leave it to boil (add water as much as needed)

End it with a squeeze of lemon and fry some pine nuts before adding it in the end. (Optional)

In another pot fry the vermicelli and then add the rice and fry a bit before adding 2 cups of water to eat one cup of rice. And a bit of salt and in the end a spoon of butter on top to melt in the rice.
