Ingredients

5-6 servings
  • 2 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupCoarsely Grinded dry fruits
  • 250 gmghee
  • 250 gmDalda ghee for frying
  • 1 cupPisi hui sugar/jaggery

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Knead the atta wid Moin

    Make small flat balls and fry till golden brown

    Let it cool and make into small pieces

    Churn into mixie

    Take kadai add ghee and the mixture and bhuno till brown

  6. 6

    Add grinded dry fruits and mix well

    Let it cool

    Mix jaggery /chini into it churma ready
