250 gsweet potato boiled amd cut into shape of choice
1 cupwhisked curd
1 tbspsweet chutney
1 tbspgreen chutney
1 tbspsev
1 tbsptutty fruity
1/2 tspsalt
2 tbspoil
1 tbspchopped coriander
1/2 tspchaat masala
1/2 tspred chilli powder

Whisk the curd,add salt in it and allow in fridege to cool, shallow fry or airfry the sweet potatoes, till crisp

Now in serving plate, base layer with fried sweet potato, pour curd, chutneys, etc

Now garnish with sev, coriander, tutty fruity, sprinkle chaat masala and red chilli powder
