👉Wash and chop kaddu, tomato, green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves.

👉Heat cooking oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds. When cumin seeds splutter add coriander seeds and fenugreek seeds. Saute for 1 minute. Add chopped tomato, ginger and saute for 1 minute.

👉Add all the dry masale except garam masala and mix well.

👉Add chopped kaddu and raw mango and mix and saute for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 bowl of water and mix. Place the lid and cook till done. Switch off the flame.

👉Open the lid. Add chopped coriander leaves and garam masala and mix. Serve hot with puri Or paratha.
